Great haul and meal plan
The Birch Benders is good!! My granddaughters eat the blueberry muffins every morning for 1st breakfast!!! I got a cantaloupe in Pennsylvania, size of a basketball!! For 99¢ and hauled it all the way home!! I also brought back a smoked ham hock for beans!!!
I did a crab cake with almond flour which cut the carbs nicely with a kale salad mix with the skinny girl poppy seed dressing .
