Looked good Kim Now I know what sausage gravy is. I have heard it and wondered what on earth sausage gravy and biscuits is. Thank you for sharing those copper bowls too, I did say to the screen where's the burger lol.

It always interests me when you cook more southern style. I have never heard of gravy on eggs. Several years ago we were staying overnight in West Virginia. We ate at a local diner. I don’t remember what I ordered but the waitress asked if I wanted grits on the side. I asked her “what are grits? “ I’ll bet she could hardly keep from laughing. I have since learned it’s a pretty basic food in the south.
