    Nice essentials. I use a lot of the same ones.
    The non sugar ketchup I just couldn't deal with it. I just have the real thing because I rarely have it so that is how I keep on the low carb way of eating. I dont do Keto but I do eat low carb.
    Your chess freezer is so empty compared to ours. I am jelous. Lol.
    We put a cow in ours about once a year so it is so full and hard to find stuff. Lol.

    I eat completely differently from you, more balanced macros and whole food, plant-based but I watch these videos bc I love the mindset you have around food!! I appreciate all the tips much more than the products personally. Thank you for sharing all that you do!

    Sorry if you said this and I missed it but do you do any protein powders for smoothies? I tend to like them for lunch but I know there’s definitely “controversy “ around the nutrition of them.

    Also, now that your in Maintenance mode, what do you do differently? And do you intermittent fast for the health benefits or weight loss?

    I have a question. I’ve used your channel to help with my eating. I have been walking too and excersizing (down 21 pounds) I’ve been doing more counting calories. Can you do low carb and low calorie? When I see cheese normally it very small portion and it’s 80 calories. I’m scared if I switch low carb and take in all those extra calories I’ll gain weight back.

    Hi Kathleen, Thank you for sharing your tips and list; these last three weeks have been a bit tough trying to find the right foods to keep my weight loss journey on track; so, far so good. I been staying clear of carbs and sugar consuming mainly protein and veggies. However, I need other ideas besides eggs, fish, and vegs. What do you think about Oatmeal? I never hear of low cal meal options using oatmeal or is this a big no no? Thanks in advance, X

    Still enjoy your enthusiasm. You walk the talk and can prove it. Thx for giving out this free info and free coaching. I’m trying to eat lower carb. I need to get 15-20 pds off. But I’m dairy sensitive. I can eat some cheese, but I have to have lactose free milks and yogurts which messes with sugars. So I’m trying to find a way to lower my carbs. I’m doing pretty well with the sugar issues. Thx for these pep talks. You’re videos are great!

    Out of all the Youtubers out there you have helped me so much to lose weight and feel encouraged to keep going and not give up.
    I really enjoy the videos that you recommend what we should eat to stay healthy bc i have no idea what to buy to lose weight and still enjoy my meals.
    For example i went and bought Quest pizza and cauliflower rice that i had never tasted bfr and now i can not live without.

    I love your videos so much! You’ve been such an inspiration. This is my 3rd week in and I lost 5 lbs so far. Your recipes are GREAT! Last night we had the Alfredo chicken rollantini! Absolutely delicious. Tonight I’m making the cauliflower Mac and cheese 🧀 I’m excited! And my husband loves everything!
