    Here's what we need chicken:

    4-6 frozen chicken breast (i used thin sliced it was on sale)
    1/2 cup to 1 cup to a cup of broth

    Here's what we do:

    Put frozen chicken in instantpot
    Add broth put lid on pot seal the vent and hit manual button adjust time for 20-22 mins
    Once done and count down is over natural release for 10 mins
    Open lid Place hand mixer in and shred!! works great with Hot sauce, sugar free BBQ, salads, wraps, etc

    Here's what we need Shrimp:

    I used 3-4 cups cooked and cleaned frozen shrimp that i thawed (use whatever shrimp you prefer)
    1 tsp ginger
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tbs paprika
    1 tsp lemon juice or half of a fresh lemon squeezed
    2 tbs soy sauce
    2 tbs crushed garlic

    Here's what we do:

    Place all in a ziplock bag and mix well
    Best if refrigerated over night but at least 2-4 hours
    When done put tbs sesame oil in pan and heat through!! enjoy
