    Why not just use the bowls as they are in the mold and cooled as the vessel per spoonful of the cocoa mix? seal each half with a thin drizzled on layer or a premade wafer of the chocolate adhered in place with a thin piping of melty goodness, then marry the halves using the warm plate method.
    Alternatively, same as above but put the spoonfuls of powder while it's all still melty, then place the wafer on top, then continue to warm plate method to marry the halves once more.

    I bought a giant bag of COCONUT MILK powder from my local Indian grocery store and omg it is such a good addition to the cocoa mix! I use it in cooking, coffee, and an addition to my chocolate protein powder and it makes it taste like a freaking Mounds/Almond Joy. So good, highly recommend.

    One thing I recently learned for the milky flavor is that 2 or 3 of pinches of salt per cup really puts back in what is missing in heavy cream+water as a milk substitute. Milk has 120mg of sodium per cup ( equivalent to 0.3g of salt ) so it makes sense. In fact I find it so good in hot chocolate that just cocoa, water, salt and sucralose is drinkable although of course with heavy cream or coconut milk it gets even better.
