    It's great but I'd advice you not to use plastic wrap in hot dishes becoz it melts at high temperature and could mix in your food. Also don't you put any spices??? Becoz I eat a variety of spices

    I like doing this too but I add milk instead of water to the eggs and spinach and mushrooms (I also recommend cayenne pepper, a little cheese, or hot sauce!) I put it in a mug and into the microwave for about a minute and a half. The egg can sometimes get too fluffy and puff up, so watch it carefully. A perfect quick breakfast!
