Hi Jane! I made this delicious cauliflower pizza. I was wondering how long you dry out your cauliflower in a skillet? I did so for 10-12 minutes. Do you have a set time? Mine cauliflower looked similar to yours in the video. My base was a little moist after I baked the pizza. Thank you for all you share!

Looks good. Thanks for the recipe for the GF base. My daughter will like that. She pays, $5 for one at the grocery . If I make a pizza it's usually with a tortilla. Makes it a thin crust with veggies. Blessings to all 💚

The pizza looks delicious! Can you explain what is in the small pink packet you are putting in with the traditional Pizza dough? I'm not quite sure what it is and it wasn't listed on the screen. Thanks Jane! Oh I see you mentioned later baking powder.

I admit I don’t take the time to make pizza but if I did, would use your cauliflower crust recipe. We don’t eat gluten or white flour in our home – makes us feel ‘blah’ – but your yoghurt dough looked very tasty! It’s warm here in Southeast Texas so sticking to salads and things that heat quickly on the stove. Thanks for this great video!

Will definitely try the gf cauliflower base! I always use the inexpensive jar topping sauce. They are so much nicer than tin tomatoes and the very slight cost difference is well worth it! Mine wouldn’t last two days though in our house!

I use plain naans as bases on occasion but am going to try your dough recipe with yoghurt as it sounds so easy and fuss free. Great for packed lunches. Is the pink sachet baking powder at a couple of tsp’s worth Jane?

Hi Jane! You can make a pizza base with sour cream! (Same as yogurt) I tried both excellent 😸fry in a frypan add toppings and put under grill! The best bases ! Make sure you fry both sides😸🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

Look forward to your videos. I made pizza with almond flour. It is the Fathead pizza shown on the internet. The crust is thin. Easy to make such is a bonus. You said in an earlier video I could ask a question. How did you decide to move to France? The food presentations are so artfully shown.

I use plain or garlic naan breads as a pizza base. I buy packs of 3 or 4 when they are on offer and freeze them, then defrost when I want to make a pizza. They are a perfect single serve.

I use wholemeal lebanese bread to save time. 7 large pieces only $Aus1.25. Was 99 cents last week😟.
I also use Aldi basic pasta sauce. Made it for breakfast this morning for the kids.

I used a low carb wrap for my pizza just last night! What is weight/proportion between the cauli and the cheese? 50/50? Was the cheese a type of cheddar? Looked delicious!

I love home made pizza! I make a yeasted crust (traditional), usually my own made sauce and then add all kinds of left over veggies and meat and cheese on top. Great way to use up leftovers 😋. I’m going to try your cauliflower crust next time!

Thank yuo very much , Jane as I follow grain free lowcarb diet. This looks great. I hope the cheese takes the cauliflower taste a bit away. I allready had two mealssout of a head of cauliflower this week, because it was on offer. But a good use up. Kindest regards from the Netherlands again!

If I don’t make my own dough then I buy frozen bread dough. I can get a 3 pack of loaves for $4.00 US and I can easily get two pizza crusts from each. I take one loaf cut it in half and roll each half out. I’ll prebake both and freeze one crust for later. A single store brand refrigerated pizza dough in the can you find with the canned biscuits section costs $4.25 in my area. For one 12” round! No way I’d pay that!

I have to say Jane you are a genius when it comes to cooking you come up with some wonderful ideas. Sadly I am not a very adventurous cook but since I found your channel I am definitely getting better. I don’t often have pizza but if I do either use a wrap or pitta bread but I will be trying the cauliflower base next time I make one.

They look delicious! I have used tortillas as a base so I don't have to make dough. I will probably be making dough and pizza in the next couple of weeks. I have also used left over spaghetti sauce in place of tomato sauce. Lots of times when I make pizza I'm using up little bits of food that need to be used.
