I found your channel when I was looking for gluten free recipes (my husband was recently diagnosed with celiac), and I love your simple and healthy recipes! Thank you!

Perfect timing for this video. I needed to trim my grocery budget for the rest of the month, because we both missed a week of work. Mine was covered with sick pay, my husband was without pay. This will help me eat really well and save $ at the same time. Both bowls look fabulous ❤

I’ve been binge watching your videos again lately. Only spent $20 on groceries for this week with pantry staples we already had. Not bad for 4 people! We are doing no spend as well. 😊

I wish I had your videos in 2004 when I began my debt free journey. It was so worth the sacrifice. I have been debt free for 17 years, mortgage free for seven. I'm so happy to see you and your husband living your dream in a fabulous new home.

Love the burrito bowl idea! Very versatile and so easy. I picked out 8 items for mine at my local grocery store and it came out at 7.08. Very eye opening! Fancy burrito bowls all week for less than $10 🙂

How perfect was this video. I was wondering what to make without going to the store. Potato bowl it is tonight! And probably the rice bowl tomorrow 😆 I actually have everything here already minus that salsa. We have the great value hot one. You truly inspire!

I love your channel it's so inspiring all the time and I love that the planned base recipes yet here I am listening to you while I get a $6.50 Starbucks Coffee for my lunch real smart on my part. I do have to mention that I'm reimbursed for one lunch so I tend to do something that I explored and it was a busy day so I didn't really get a chance to get a lunch so I just grabbed a nice large coffee and a Protein bar that I already had in my bag

I’m doing a pantry challenge for January and February. I want to use up everything I grew last season to make room for the next harvest. And I have some serious financial goals. I used my credit card rewards points to get myself a gift card from Costco for five hundred dollars. I am hoping to use that in the spring to get me through the summer. I want to see how far I can go without spending actual money. This is fun for me and I am pretty excited to see if this thing works. I love the way you cook, so simple and stress free. I really like your food. Thanks Miranda. 💚

Great ideas and I have a question seems like you do batch cooking like this video vs try to change up for each meal. Does that work for both of you? I could take this as a base recipe and then start getting creative with what you put together. I confess I have a rice cooker (small one) and love it. I could never get my rice right and I will keep your rice cooking on hand should me little cooker poop out. Thanks much and great way to start the new year !

It takes all the stress away. Not to mention you don’t have to buy a ton of ingredients. Makes your channel a win win. Thank you for always sharing & coming through with delicious ideas.
