My neighbor made some of this fudge, I bet it's the same recipe. My mother used to make chocolate fudge using milk, sugar, vanilla, and baking powder; best in the world. Oh, and walnuts too.

I really wanted to reach in the video and get a bite of that fudge! My mother used to make that along with regular fudge every year, and she put it on a dinner plate like you did. Good memories!

I guess I am lazy. I cook it, cool slightly in a sink of cold water, put it in my kitchen aid mixer bowl and let it whip. When the gloss is gone, I pour it in an extra large cookie sheet that I sprayed with Pam. It doesn't stick and is always delicious.

I use my best friend's grandmother's peanut butter fudge recipe. It has a little white vinegar in it and it cuts the sweetness of the fudge. I make a quad batch usually every week in December. Everybody asks for it.

Looks really good. It should keep well since it doesn't have any dairy. Do you know how long it will keep at room temperature? I want to give it as a gift and it might sit in the package a good while before it's opened.

I can’t wait to try this recipe! Family baking day on the 19th so we’ll give it a go. Thanks for such a wonderful taste of home and family in your videos. I see so many things you make that I grew up making. I’m from the Carolinas, but I guess country is country. ❤️ So much fun and inspiration on your channel. Gives me great ideas and inspiration for my channel, too.

Looks good and rich. I loved my mother’s chocolate peanut butter fudge. Is this supposed to be chocolate flavored fudge? I don’t understand how 1 teaspoon of cocoa could flavor this with any chocolate flavor. Must do something to it though. And what about the candy thermometer? You removed it after you put it in there. I guess you cook it to the softball stage.

This is the recipe I got from the supervisor in the kitchen when I worked in the cafeteria years ago. This did not have the cocoa in it. She was a sweet lady. This is a great recipe. God Bless and thank you for sharing this.

Oh I have been looking for this recipe for years my uncle used to make this ALL the time and poured it super thin, on a plate just like that… It was my favorite and he died a few years back. This brought back my memories of him making it. Thank you SOOOOO much!

From the time I was about 12 I made pounds and pounds of fudge during the holidays. Chocolate , peanut butter and then stacked….make chocolate and then make the peanut butter to pour over cooled chocolate. Thank you for posting both of these fudge recipes. I have been looking for the old fashion fudge I used to make without all that artificial stuff in it.

I've got to remember the pizza cutter idea! That looks great and while I'm not a big fan of cooking peanut butter fudge, I would never pass up a piece. Today I bought some of the Hershey's Special Dark Cacao after watching the one the other day…never tried the dark. What do you think, will it be good? I love the dark chocolate kisses and thought why not! Can't wait to see more. Mr. Brown certainly will be bouncing around like a 2 yr old after all this!

Looks like my momma’s fudge. She made the best fudges. I loved her divinity fudge the best. We only got a couple of pieces, each Christmas. It was a special treat. I miss those times so very much.

Prayer needed! Could you reach out to your church community to ask for prayers for Ms. Katie at Heritage Ways. She is asking for prayers because her dear son, Jonathan, who has special needs, is missing. He is confused and out in the cold tonight in Ohio. I’ve watched your video when those sweet children came to visit your home!
