Mis tamales favoritos. You can actually use chiles en vinagre, not just the juice, it gives tamales a different and delicious taste.
By the way, you should do a recalentado episode. With tamales you should show them fried 😋 on next day.

Tbh i dunno what theyre actually called, but around Christmas time,every year,a mexican friend of mine would make these awesome sweet tamales, filled with fruit, so we just all agreed to call em Christmas tamales,Ive tried for 15 years to recreate em and i never get it right.
I made the other recipe where you cooked them in the instant pot. And let me say, I have never even attempted tamales before, and I got so many compliments and requests for MORE. Thank you!! ❤
