Hey Beth! I absolutely love my multi-cooker! I have a traditional stove top pressure cooker that I have been deathly afraid of. I actually would peak into the kitchen from another room to look at it. Give me chicken skin in a bad way! The first thing I pressured cooked was 2 racks of ribs and then into the oven for 5 minutes with the bbq sauce on it. They were awesome!!! I made them for the uncles and they had no idea it came out of the pressure cooker! Fall off dah bone ribs in less than 45 minutes! I gonna make some stew next! Thanks for the vids. Eh how is Mom and Scott doing?
Where are you fitting all of these pressure cookers in your kitchen, lol. This one is cool because of the multi cooking ability. the stew looks good!

In our grocery ad they had beef roast for less than stew meat. Looks like it would be nice meal.
