    I made this recently, this exact recipe. It’s the first bisque, lobster or otherwise to actually have flavor! I always order a bisque if I see it on menus and I’m always disappointed. Up until this recipe I was beginning to think bisque meant expensive unflavored soup. Thank you for making me a bisque fan!

    Immersion blender is key lol. I thought my parents had one but they didn’t. It’s not a good idea to put the hot stock in a regular blender lol. So I’m letting my stock cool before blending. Hopefully it turns out okay tho 🤞
