This is my go to recipe for some thick and hot soup on a cold and wet day. This potato soup is amazing and I always make twice the amount so I can freeze the leftovers for another day. I added a block of philadelphia cream cheese to my batch tonight and it really added to the flavor. You're the man T-Roy!
