Thats actually a dish in Turkish cuisine, its called kumpir and it's usually loaded with different kinds of ingredients. I love ittt, the hot mashed potatoes and the different textures of toppings go so well together.

As an Idahoan, I didn't know y'all went out to get loaded potatoes. We buy ours, when hungry we microwave them or bake them in the oven with some salt on the shell and then when done basically just do this but whatever ingredients we got that sound good at the moment
