Hey Beautiful, you mentioned you have the dehydrator oven going is this the Ninja convection oven? I dried mushrooms in it, but I only have the air tray it came with, so I bought the cosori dehydrator. I did buy the Sahara collapsible dehydrator, but I am not impressed with it, I think there is too many areas the heat escapes because it does collapse it is not efficient and has to work too hard. It also uses a lot of electricity compared to the Ninja convection oven.
