I made my own egg flower soup yesterday with some of my chicken bone broth. No veggies like The restaurant kind, only salt, broth, and egg whites and it was super yummy.

Always excellent content Amanda. Lillie Kane had a video released today about self sabotage, which was amazing. In fact she mentioned you as well. It may be helpful to others to better understand either themselves or loved ones that struggle to start or progress with their health goals. It really resonated with my own past and at times progress.

2KK has a Berkie or Berkey (sp.) Joe also recommends a ZeroWater pitcher. My husband and I use a ZeroWater pitcher as it has a five level water filtration system.

Gout…ARGH!!! I have "flare ups" occasionally. With my recent broken big toe, I learned that Gout will race into an injury. I watched Dr Berry's, Gout videos, hoping to learn what I may have missed…NO, darn it, I'm 90/95% carnivore, and really was on target for all of his points mentioned. Healing, just a little slow, and still walking wisely, even at yesterday's "Meat Up". 💃🏼💃🏼🥰🥰🤗🤗

The point of the sardine fast, based on my research, is to put you into ketosis very quickly while eating something extremely nutritious. It is better than a water fast apparently. It is for people who do not get into ketosis easily because they are always eating carbs. I've never done it this is just what I've researched. I eat sardines almost everyday because they are extremely healthy and I've thought about doing a fast but I don't think I need it.

Re: sardine fasting. I tried it just for the heck of it. It can be a really good thing for people needing to sort out their hunger signals. If you think, "I'm hungry", then think, "But am I hungry enough to eat a plain can of sardines?". "No, not really." Well, that was just a craving or "feeling peckish", as my Brit friends would say.

You mentioned something that triggered a memory for me. At 37 years old, I had gone through big hormonal changes with a lot of anxiety issues and I have healed from those issues since then, but every now and then when something happens, my body will start automatically reacting and I to remind myself that I don't really
think or feel the way I used to anymore, so why am I going there, that catastrophizing downward spiral, that will only make my symptoms worse, if that makes sense. I can't say that I'm comfortable with those physiological reactions but I understand them now but I also know that I can control my thoughts as well no matter how I feel and that takes a lot of practice, but it is a game-changer in my tool box! 😊

Good advice on Redmond crystal although I never tried. What I do is I get hot homemade bone broth in a Thermos cup so I can sip on through entire evening so my hunger is well controlled and I am not tempted to eat "wrong" food. Of course I add on some butter or beef tallow to it for energy

My dad treated me to a wagyu ribeye at Capital Grille to celebrate 40 lbs down. It was amazing and spoiled me forever! Most buttery steak ever. Highly recommend!!

LMNT settles at the bottom of the water bottle. I drink it with a straw and blow bubbles into it before sipping. Otherwise you get a massive hit of salt
