Hi, my diet is 60/70% raw organic most of which is fruit. Come 8pm I eat a large homemade organic wholefood starchy low fat vegan cooked meal but i'm always craving something sweet after, (bad habits), and my go to is cooked oats with sugar/maple syrup. I would like to reduce the cooked food completely but until then what are you thoughts on replacing the oats with more fruit, even dried fruit, taking into account food combining and eating fruit after starchy cooked food? Daily fat intake is around 15g but could be 20g. 48 years old, sugar levels fine, no medication, active! Thanks
Thats not even a papaia!!! Instead its a "mamão".. 🤦
All that sugar? Ahh no thanks
