    You are a delight to watch, Nisha. Your recipes look fantastic. Unfortunately, I have severe reflux even being plant based for years, so I cannot enjoy many of the flavors and spice you incorporate into your recipes. I guess I am a "super baby mouth". However, I just make the recipes plain and they are still wonderful. Wising you and Max and your entire families a Merry Christmas.

    Smaller bites for tasting, my friend. But thank you for making this video….. such a joy to spend this time with you. Just a note so that you realize that the way you touch lives ripples out: I give my employees monthly bonuses if they make a recipe of my choosing. Large bonuses so that the cost of ingredients is paid for, plus cash in their hands… plus they are getting a ‘paid-for’ cooking tutorial. They love the experience and the joy of cooking. And why I’m telling you this is that most of the time I pick out one of your recipes. They LOVE the vegan experience; and since I’m a doctor… I love the healthy influence. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for being such an amazing inspiration.

    But you touched ur hair/ clothes too much. Not criticism just observation. Ok if ur just cooking for family.
    It's why professionals tie their hair back n wear aprons. In a professional setting people don't want hair/ clothes germs in their food!
