    The aggressive weight gain from anti-psychotics. I tipped the scales at 281 lbs. at 5'3" and decided that enough was enough. I am giving it my all and am curbing my portion sizes as well as calorie count. I know my body will never be the same as when I was younger however it's not about getting my dream body it is about my health and over all well being.

    Hi Christine, as a mesomorph, is it a good idea for me to do half an hour of cardio in the am and do 45 minutes of HIIT in the evening? I have about 75 pounds to lose. I'm just wondering if this might be too much cardio…?
