I'm so curious about the Ninja Coffee Bar, you're the second person on YouTube that I've seen with one. I'm a kuerig lover but would love to not have to buy pods 😉

Paleo lifestyle doesn't include any grains. No gluten free bread, pasta, etc. No corn, rice, etc. The only difference between Whole30 and Paleo is that Paleo includes natural sugars (honey, maple syrup) and the SWYPO items like almond muffins.

Congrats on completing the Whole 30! 🎉🎉🎉👊🏻👏🏼I have been eating Paleo instead of the Whole 30 because I wanted to be able to make Paleo recipes. Whole 30 items but the non-approved recipes…like your pancakes. I have been lifetime on WW for about 18 months so I have the snacking under control….I just need to get rid of this dang heartburn. I'm on week three and still have heartburn 😫 I'm going to keep it up though because I read it can take 30-60 days to get your digestive system straightened out. I'm glad you had immediate relief…..gluten is a huge heartburn trigger for many people. Thankfully, there are tons of gluten free options these days.

A video re: working an Instacart shop or what it means when you don't have a "shop". 🙂 ETA: My "paleo" pancake recipe is 2 C (roughly) almond flour, 1/4ish tsp each baking soda & baking powder, one ripe banana, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or just unsweetened almond milk w/a splash of vanilla extract), and some cinnimon. You can omit the banana and use 1 Tbsp honey – you can do the same with the milk and use water. I use about 3/4 C liquid – it just depends how thick you want the batter. <3 These~
