    Cooking tip with garlic..roasted fresh powder granulated….they all have different flavors and levels of flavors. Usually use two forms is what is needed. I use fresh chopped…. more the cells are crushed the more flavors…. and granulated. I've noticed that I can Throw a whole head of fresh garlic but there's a flavor that's missing and that's where the granulated comes in. Gran doesn't have as much different flavors its more just the garlic so it puts that back in where the fresh you still get that heat that bite that tange. And of coarse roasted brings out the sweet nuttiness. That stuff in the jar…dont use all.flavors have been leached out and the brine just makes it sour..cold also breaks down garlic flavors.

    Thank you for the ideas and motivation. I’m starting on a new journey as well to lose weight and get in shape. I am all out of ideas for breakfast. I go into work at 5 am so I’m thinking of making smoothies. 🤔

    You’re not crazy about thinking that people are coming over! I have OCD & this week we had a free weatherization of our house from our electric company because we have an all electric house, so I cleaned the ENTIRE house just for the 2 guys to come in & do their job! Good news is that we’re also getting free attic insulation because at some point it was trampled down when we had repair done on our house.
