The Marias work great as round graham crackers. And they're available at a lot of American grocery stores. I like the galettas that are like a shortbread coockie with pink & white marshmallow covered in coconut.

Halloween came early! Love how everyone gets a bite. My roommate is Mexican American and he brings cookies shaped like pigs home when he visits his family in Wenatchee WA. 😋

Well you're not doing much teaching. You didn't even tell them what region of the country the snacks were from and again all you kids do is talk like babies. I think you should be getting the kids help with language speech

Sweet introduction to Mexico. I guess the kids were already familiar with the Elote seasoning. Monarch butterflies will be heading home to Mexico soon, I bet they see them in the garden. Viva la Mexico! 🙂

How fun! The kids really enjoyed that.!! That’s really awesome, especially the information cards. Not only sweet treats, but a teaching opportunity. Thanks for sharing, Carolina 🥰
