Do you recommend that lid you put on chicken while marinating? If so do you have a link? And is cooking sherry the same as sherry vinegar?

hi. I wanted to ask you about the IP. I don't own the smart pot so when you use the app I don't know the actual manual settings for the recipes. Can I get the settings from the app regardless and manually enter them? Or maybe in your figure IP smart videos you could say the manual settings or put them in the description box. I love your videos recipes and would love to recreate them exactly. thank you!!!

I learned something today. I have never been brave enough to actually broil chicken in the oven and it may be because I'm paranoid about chicken being completely cooked and broiling it seems like it would cook it too fast and also dry it out. Yours looked delicious though. My wife comes home with that fresh lemongrass all the time, (she's from Vietnam) and I have really acquired a taste for it. It's a great ingredient to have on hand. Nice video Flo.
