    I remember my senior year I took foods and it was interesting. That same year the older high school across town they built a new school for grand opening the next school year. For the school big wigs they had a reception . All the high schools food classes made cakes for it and served it. My lab partner and I made our cake. As we were doing it someone from the class came to see how we were doing. She bumped my lab partners arm and she dropped the whole egg with the mixer running. We had our cake served with egg shells and only the 3 of us knew about the shells. That was 50 years ago. Still makes me laugh.

    Update on the cake that I made for our Sunday school class. Everyone loved it, thought I would have at least a couple pieces left but nothing left. I'm so glad they loved it and it was delicious. They said it was refreshing and light.

    I made the same , sorta, cake, but ORANGE. its hard to find the orange cake mix these days. My icing was cream cheese icing with orange juice and extract. My former co-workers loved it.
