    Hi Paula. Will definitely make that soup although probably with chicken as we really only have turkey at Christmas in Ireland. I make stock a lot. My butcher keeps me lamb and beef bones. I also throw my bones from chicken, ribs etc. into a bag and freeze them. Off cuts from garlic, onion, leeks, celery and carrots also go in the freezer so theres a rich supply of flavor that would otherwise be wasted..
