I have made this several times and it has been a big hit with anyone who's tried it. It's a great alternative to turkey sandwiches which can get a little boring.

This looks like a tasty recipe, would like to try it. However there is no link for the recipe- many other subscribe links etc, I would like to see what the channel/blog is all about before I choose to subscribe – not have to subscribe to see the blog. Do you have a link to your blog?

I was looking for the Jamie Oliver video, but wasn't disappointed in the least! Awesome presentation, incredibly likable host, very clear instructions. Loved it. Thanks a lot!

When i did this, i couldn't find horse chestnuts and didn't fancy the sage but i doubled up the pastry anyway. And the end result (cooked at a higher temp in a gas oven) was pretty spectacular. it rose up and gave me this awesome crust. I cooked down the liquid to more of a reduction and it was thicker and simply wonderful.

Good use of left over turkey but for sure could be done better with chicken.
