I've made this curry but I also add three teaspoons of brown sugar to add an extra depth of flavour. I make this the last ingredient. I also gently simmer this curry before serving so that all of the flavours mix well.

Hello great video. I look forward to making that soon!
Can I ask, do you know the name and model of the mini blender/food processor that you were using?
    It looked good.

Hi Kitchen Daddy, This video was awesome and motivated me to buy the seeds that I didn't have on hand. Onion seeds go by lots of names, Nigella, for instance. My boyfriend was excited about the recipe, so we turned it into a cooking date night, fun!
The preparation was straight forward and fairly simple. The aromas coming from the dishes were rich and pungent. The next day leftovers of this dish really lived up to the promise of fantastic deliciousness. But on the night we made it, the flavors were a bit flat, what gives? The spices were not old.

Looks great, but we dont have any turkey leftovers. I really want to try this with fresh chicken so do I just stir fry the chicken as well, or do I simmer it together with the curry?

Thought we had our curry taste buds sorted with the bought paste we use, looking forward to having a go at this. Thought this one had been released early, got it on Saturday didn't get a chance to watch it till now. Thought we were going to get a chance to pull you up on the chicken gaff, good laugh though. Merry Christmas to you Huw and your family, and the Kitchen Daddy followers, wishing you all good health and happiness.
