I love making pasta salad with balsamic dressing! So good 😊 I also use balsamic dressing for a store bought bag of coleslaw, and I pour it on Brussels sprouts to roast in the oven. So versatile!

My grandpa also used to make spaghetti or macaroni with onion, ground beef and oyster sauce. You could totally do with vegan versions. I miss my grandpa.

It is quicker to make pasta sauce from canned pureed tomatoes and canned diced tomatoes and seasonings. Your recipes are not really lazy but they are inexpensive. Although cans might cost less?
What is the difference between vegan butter and margarine? The price.
I don't understand why everyone wants their pasta a"l dente", aka: dry and not even fully cooked. For me if they're not soft, chewy and plump, then they're not pasta. If they're al dente they don't even have time to absorb any of what you cook them with!

I Love garlic butter on pizza. I probably would love that with pasta. I use to add Ketchup on pasta it is really good. Not that much different then sauces you makes just a bit thicker. It's really good. Don't knock it tell you try it. Now I want some. Haven't had it in a while.
I get lazy sometimes and just make my pasta and put vegan butter and nutritional yeast on it. Lol.

In Russia, we use tomato paste with a little water to create a quick pasta sauce. I think every culture has dishes that were created based on some lack of an ingredient 😀

I have made the pasta salad using the protein pasta or lentil pasta to add a little more protein per serving. It makes a great cold lunch during the summer!

I love a butter & garlic pasta. I usually put some nutritional yeast.
I love kalamata olives. When cooking pasta I put a little of the brine from the olives in the boiling water. It imparts a subtle olive taste into the pasta.

But anyway, looks delicious as always. I love using Caesar dressing for my pasta salad and idk why. It always comes out so good and very tasty.
