Spraying or brushing the muffin pan with some melted butter or oil or cooking spray and baking the mac 'n' cheese cupcakes without the papers is definitely the way to go, especially if anyone you're serving likes those crispy-pasta edges of baked mac. Also, gala apples are perfect for salads because they don't oxidize/brown anyone near as quickly as other apples. (Of course, if you're using other apples, a quick toss in some lemon juice will help keep them fresh-looking.)

When I watch all these great Thanksgiving videos, I’m thinking do the YouTubers actually make and eat a full turkey dinner on Thanksgiving Day or are you all sick and tired of the thought of more turkey and sides so you have something completely different on Turkey Day? 😂😂. Everything looks yummy! My ex has 7 nieces and nephews so I was always making cute, mini food for holidays. Which are also great for cocktail parties. I've made the mac n cheese cupcakes with mini penne, bootie and wagon wheel pasta. And made them in mini cupcake pans. I found the silicane cupcake pads, in any size, work great. They're really good topped with crumbled bacon, too. My ex and his family are Greek so I used to make mini spanikopita and baklava cups. I've also .ademini spinach dip cups, using either filo or crescent roll dough pressed into mini muffin tins, filled with a spinach dip that calls for baking. I'm sure it would be great topped with bacon, too!
