You got good deals those English muffins look really good. I love green olives all olives I make my pasta salad with green olives, black olives and artichoke hearts in oil and add the oil, peppers green and whatever other color. You can add other veggies. My daughter has modified it to add meat and cheese so her husband will eat it. I add Italian salad dressing you can do Caeser also. You cook the way people need to cook to save money buy what's on sale stock it up. Cook what is going to spoil first. Use up leftovers and use them as building blocks. Recipes are guides not written in stone. Your soups always look so good!!!

I am sure that you know that so called baby carrots are cut, formed regular carrots that are and soaked in nasty stuff. If you have ever grown a garden you know that baby carrots do not look like that.

I love a good sale. When you’re feeling up to making things a way you could save money is by using some of that stoneyfield yogurt as a starter to make some homemade. I save at least 40 dollars a month doing that 😀. So glad to see you out walking again. You’re all always in my prayers dear.

I'm suppose to go to the Amish store today to stock up on some goods BUT once again my eyes are on fire and it's sucking up all my energy. I keep praying that we will be healed of our health issues. 🙏 After this shopping trip, my butt is staying home for a month straight, my husband can stop and get the milk when we need it. 😂😂😂

Speaking of milk, I was just having this discussion yesterday about how these manufacturers have tricked people into thinking they are getting 100% grass fed milk, butter and meat. I hope y'all know that these cows are also being fed a bunch of grain because without fat, they won't produce enough milk and the meat wouldn't be tender. 100% grass fed beef is nasty, almost like chewing on raw hide. 😂😂😂

We don’t have a Fred Meyer where I live, but I visit my son and his wife in Washington state. I’m always surprised by how great the prices are, and the fact you can buy just about anything you need there.

Don’t have an Aldi, or a Costco, either. Do have a Sam’s .
