Some of these recipes look so delicious! Technically, the chick pea one would be vegetarian rather than vegan if served with the sour cream. I believe the broken spaghetti you’re using is “Fideo”. I appreciate how approachable you make all this, especially when dealing with store substitutions! 😂 I really like your dress.

Been away for two weeks visiting the grandsons in Florida and now I’m home. This video, as all of your cooking ones do, make me want to cook and bake. Lol
I laugh tho, Amy, bc I can remember when the volume of these was so much higher. Never thought I’d see the day you were using small, quart bags. Ha!
Remember the pizzas? You would make like 15 of them…

Amy, please don't feel self-conscious about plastic and non re-usable items. People giving you a hard time over this, I feel, need to find a hobby. Yes, we need to be conscious about our environment, and no we don't have to mention it every time someone uses something made of plastic. Please! In Belgium we do use plastic, and it gets recycled really well. We have curbside pick-up of all our plastic stuff, glass and paper is recycled. Everything gets its turn. Everyone does their bit, but you can't overexert people with this. It is going to rub the wrong way in the long run, trust me! In Belgian grocery stores, the vegetables? You can't find a plastic bag for miles. We are thankful that Aldi does paper bags. Our Lidl is trying to shove netted cloth bags on us (it weighs more). People don't want it and they shove their vegetables in their cart as is. I don't think this move is very hygienic (the EU I mean), because in the entire EU there is no plastic bags in vegetable aisles. Anywhere. You can still buy the bags at the register for your groceries, but that's it!

My mom and grandma would cook whole month of September to make freezer meals. I grow up in state of New York. Where bad weather can hit without a notes. They would start on September and end in October with freezer meals. I do freezer meals I do one for now and one for later. I get all my meats for my family meals at Costco for all my freezing vegetables and meats and my fail pans and freezer bags. How I get my husband doing one now and one for later freezer meals.

Hi Amy! I love your videos and they have been so helpful, especially when I need to change things up in the kitchen! For the silicone reusable bags, I got a drying rack on Amazon (looks like a file sorter) where they can sit wide open and that sits on the top of my fridge. The warmth from the fridge top dries them completely in just a few hours.

This video is a great inspiration. It’s just my husband and me now everyone grown and have their own homes. We have gotten in the habit of going out for food about 3 or 4 times a week, just pure laziness. We both decided we miss home cooking. 🙏🏻 thank you

I'm laughing, you definitely are a Northern transplant to the south. I was watching someone and had playback speed at 1.5 because she was so slow. Had to put it back to normal speed for your video 🙂

Hi Amy! Well done on all those chicken meals! I’m sure the Asian ones might be correct but I feel the Indian meals and ingredients are not but it doesn’t matter as long as you and the family enjoy them! I wouldn’t use green Thai curry paste for Indian meals. It has ingredients that are not used in Indian cooking…. Did I see you using a metal whisk in a non stick pan!? Naughty girl if it was 😂 .. enjoy your weekend!

I would look at families that had 6 kids and think man they’ve got a lot. My friend reminded me that I have 6 and we now have 1 and a grandchild at home it’s hard to make smaller meals for just the 4 of us. Thanks, for the Friday inspiration have a great weekend

I’m glad I’m not the only one hiding the sharpie!!! At home and at work. I drive a school bus and the kids constantly want a sharpie to mark something and it never gets passed back up front to me.
