I like that you get outside every day and do nature studies. I need to start doing that! I also read aloud to my boys. We really like By the Great Horn Spoon. I usually just read while they eat lunch. No where close to 2 hours at a time! They want to do other things and get antsy and talky after a little while. Great that you are helping them memorize verses from the bible! My boys also do that. They have bible reading time first thing after breakfast.

I personally don't do Keto, but I do eat somewhat low-ish carb and I have a suggestion if you want to have biscuits. You can buy a bag of Carbquik mix on Amazon and make cheddar biscuits (or any biscuits, really) with it. It's low-carb and it's surprisingly easy to work with. I haven't tried the recipe out yet, but the recipe I did try (Carbquik lasagna) tasted great, so I'm sure that the biscuits will turn out great as well whenever I do end up making them.

That hamburger salad looks delicious. I think I'll have to try it! I'm doing a modified weight watchers and have lost a total of 50lbs so far! I gained this week because I had a little bit of a sweet tooth 😯. Great video!

I was watching one of your Vlogs and it hit me that the girls have curly hair. I am a curled headed girl. I am just now at 34 starting to love my curly hair since discovering curly girl method. I would have loved having this when I was growing up. Anyway I just came to say if you get a chance look into “curly girl method” for Naomi.

I bought your recipe books as my gift for a brand new school year. I LOVE them! I completed a huge freezer cooking day two Fridays ago. I can't believe how the prep benefits our peaceful, loving homeschool day. We have more valuable time to nature walk & read alouds. Awesome. Thank you.

Do you split your read aloud time between the different books each day? Do your older kids still enjoy read aloud time? Thanks for sharing…I love getting ideas for our homeschool! 🙂
