    Ingredients :
    1/4 cup mildly roasted Peanuts
    1 tbs White Sesame Seeds
    1 tbs Gram Flour
    Water
    2 tsp + 2 tsp Oil
    1-2 Garlic Cloves, sliced
    1 big bunch freshly chopped Fenugreek
    Salt as per taste
    1 tsp Cumin Seeds
    Pinch of Asafoetida Powder
    1 medium size finely chopped Onion
    Finely chopped Green Chillies
    1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob
    2-3 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
    1 medium size finely chopped Tomato
    1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
    1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
    1 tsp Coriander Powder
    1/2 tsp Garam Masala

    Method :
    In a mixer jar, take 1/4 cup mildly roasted Peanuts
    Add 1 tbs Safed Til and churn to make fine powder
    Transfer the powder in a bowl, add 1 tbs Besan in it
    Add a little Water to make thick paste and keep aside
    Further heat 2 tsp Oil in a pan
    Add 1-2 Garlic Cloves, sliced
    Let the Garlic be light golden-brown
    Add 1 big bunch freshly chopped Methi
    Add Salt as per taste
    Transfer methi in a bowl once cooked
    Further add 2 tsp Oil in the same pan
    Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
    Add a pinch of Asafoetida Powder
    Add 1 medium size finely chopped Onion
    Add finely chopped Green Chillies
    Add 1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob
    Add 2-3 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
    Add Salt as per taste
    Add 1 medium size finely chopped Tomato
    Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
    Add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
    Add 1 tsp Coriander Powder
    Add 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
    Add a little Water to avoid burning spices
    Further add Peanut paste and give it a good mix
    Cook it on slow flame for 5 min
    Then add cooked Methi and mix it
    Turn off the heat and take it on a serving plate
    Enjoy Scrumptious Lasuni Methi with Roti, Paratha or Bajra Roti.
