Well ,first of all thanks for your efforts in representing recipes from all over the globe to satisfy all tastes,
However I am Egyptian & this's a kind of koshary & far from our authentic way,
To start with Koshary can't be by any means done with basmati or long grain rice, it's mandatory to be done with Egyptian rice which is short grain & a bit starchy than basmati rice , it's somehow so much like risotto shapewise not texture,
But thanks for your effort, keep up the great job 🌷❤
