    You could cook your potatoes and carrots in the microwave for a few minutes before you air fry them…I do that with cubed potatoes and it makes them crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside!

    Hi Rose! Love the videos! Learning a lot since I’ve had to incorporate more veggies into my diet. I have to watch the salt intake though… I like the potato and carrot fries! I would’ve set the heat up to 400 and let it air fry for at least 15 minutes. Also, try drying off your rice cakes to get a better brown on them. Have you air fried tofu yet? I’m on a big tofu kick right now! Maybe some sriracha sauce……… making myself hungry 🤤

    Yesterday my air fryer arrived.
    I was thinking about getting one for several months now and 2 days ago I decided that I have to get one. Waited for my boyfriend to come home from work to convince him that we need an air fryer and somehow will be able to find a place for it in our small kitchen… turns out he had already ordered one a week ago as a surprise for me 😂
    I am so excited to test some of these recepies 😋

    Once you master the air fryer, you can cook almost anything in it. With my air fried vegetables I cook them for longer until they are brown. Tonight I cooked a pizza in the air fryer using Lebanese bread as the base. Then put tomato paste, marinated tofu, mushrooms, capsicum, and zucchini. On top I sprinkled nutritional yeast. Hint: so that the yeast doesn't fly around in the air fryer, I spritz it with an oil and water mix. It comes out nice and crisp.
