    if you like soy sauce you might wanna try tamari, its more-strongly flavored sister. I like gochujang more than gochugaru it seems that the fermentation does something that it doesnt bother my stomach so much. i still dont go crazy with it tho. i like to put a dot of it on umeboshi when i make onigiri
