I really want to eat it, but when i went to korea i cant find the restaurant (or maybe because i cant read hangeul back there). Yeah korean add a lots of cheese in their menu right now from ramyeon even to plain rice. But i have questions :
1. can we replace the cheese to cheddar?
2. Can i use BBQ sauce instead? Because i ran out of gochujang
3. Do we really need to boil the meat first if i replace the ribs to chicken?
