    Recipe is simple and healthy but millets need soaking for 6 to 8 hours,should be unpolished and more good for health if prepared in earthen pots. Also too much washing deprives benifits of milllets. Soaked water should be strained and used for cooking.I used to cook in pressure cooker at the start to save time but then later started to cook in earthen pots. It's not only more tasty but healthier too

    Bewakuf bana rahi sabko, agar batana hai toh sahi se batana chahiye, pahele millet ko minimum 5 hours or maximum 8 hours soake karna aur uska pani fekna nahi usi soake kiye hue paani me pakana hai, aur millet ya toh steel ke bartan me ya fir mitti ke bartan me pakana chahiye
