When I realized you were doing this the other day, I was really impressed.
This eliminates the possibility of putting too much of a dry ingredient into a wet ingredient and then being unable to retrieve it.

I’ve tried this with 120 grams of egg white powder and I can’t get it to work, the 120 grams was coming out more then 3 cups. I’m sure I’m doing something wrong.

Am I missing something but what is the benefit? You are still scooping from one container to another. This way is only the reverse.
