Hello Suchi,so nice your vlog,l enjoy your cooking various types of recipes you show. But today my daughter had also tried hash brown a new recipe. We all enjoyed it for breakfast today morning. She has learnt to try these new types of recipes only after watching your videos. Usually for evening snacks you can give puffed rice slightly roasted with tomatoes and onions &some corriander leaves sprinkled &some chaat masala .

Next time add chana dal and urad dal in oil after mustard seeds, cook a little and then onion, no ginger needed… Just try this, you'll thank me later. As you love south Indian food.
