This interview was wonderful. I am sending out massive gratitude to that woman in the store who told her to research and consider the whey powder. Look how many lives that one comment affected! It's beautiful. … also that make your own date paste tip is great!

thank you for your wonderful guests, i was wavering between going back to keto diet, because i was listening to a lot of conflicting viewpoints on carbs and diabetes (I am pre-diabetic) , but after I heard these couple's story, I am encouraged to continue on my whole plant based food. and eat potatoes without fear.

I think young people are getting into a Whole Food Plant Based Vegan (No Oil) lifestyle, is because like Dan and Sheanne said, the connections we see. Myself as a young person, see how my father and mother eat, as well as many adults around me, and notice how they all suffer from similar issues. But then I see so many adults and children living a Whole Food Plant Based Vegan Lifestyle seeming so much healthier, and cognitively stable and aware, and the more I learned, the easier it was to just switch 100%.

Salad looks yummy. I would not mess with piling it on a plate though, but instead would put it in a large bowl like I do with Buddah bowls. Great couple!
