Thank you for this one, I miss my crackers on keto with soup. And thank you for making the measurements on grams, it makes baking/cooking so much easier.
2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons heavy cream 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1 pinch salt 1/4 cup allulose 1/4 cup Victoriaβs perfected keto flour 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions Melt the butter in a coffee mug. Add cream, vanilla and salt and stir until smooth. Add allulose, cocoa powder and flour and stir until all the lumps are out. Cook in the microwave for 30-40 seconds. If you want less "lava" and more cake you can cook it for 10 seconds more. You may have to adjust the cooking time since all microwaves cook at different speeds.
The Oat Fiber by Modern Mountain is out of stock everywhere. Did you have a second best oat fiber? I love your recipes and Ideas. Looking forward to using your flour mix!
After a few minutes in the oven, you can put the crackers in a dehydrator or on a super low heat in the oven to get them all crispy without the burning.
Thank u for getting right into what the video is about..not about ur cat..garden.new shoes. or what ur neighbors nephew brother n law's aunt's daughter said who has time for all that..u r a jewel a fan forever here greetings from NC Godspeed… blessings to u and ur family

Oh. My. Goodness!!! You are a kitchen wizard πͺ! I am so thankful for you!!! How about old fashioned southern style chicken and dumplings? Can you do that sometime?
You must have read my mind because I was literally thinking about a low carb cracker. I have a few recipes but they are a pain to make. I wanted something to spread butter on ππ
What I do when making crackers is remove the crackers around the outside as they get done and keep working inward until all of the crackers are done. Also, I made a sponge cake this weekend using your perfected keto flour as a base for tiramisu. The sponge cake turned out really well – I was impressed! My husband really appreciated the low carb tiramisu. Thanks so much Victoria!
You could just take the outside crackers off the tray when they're ready, spread out the remaining and place the middle ones along the outside and bake them longer. I make a seed cracker and that works for me.
I will most definitely try these as I do miss my crackers in soup . I would love to See you tackle a good Keto Chetto Victoria. Thank You for your posts I love what your doing to revolutionize Keto. I have tried making your bread with the self rising bread flour but it comes out very dense I will keep experimenting with it I have tried both 2 cups of Luke warm water then reduced it to 1 and 3/4 cup still came out dense actually more so than with the 2 cups but I am going to buy the brands you use to see if that is thd problem but I am Open to any suggestions ! π
Is it about 10 net carbs per batch?
Will you be doing a cookbook? I would like to have these recipes written. It is always hard for me to get them when you talk during the videos.
I made these yesterday – delicious! Thank you so much!
Love all your recipes and videos! Do you have a recipe for a great pie crust using your new and wonderful flour
Victoria, Iβm curious. How are these different from all the keto crackers around.
Whatβs the difference in taste?
Most of us have made keto crackers on the keto before. Iβve made crispy crackers, with less expensive flour

I wonder if you pressed the dough in your tortilla press if it would be thinner in the middle???
Heavenly Fan uses her tortilla press for her crackers. I bought one after watching you make tortillas the other day, so I will try that.
What is the recipe for your perfect keto flour?
Could I use ghee instead of regular melted butter?

Mmm yummy crunchy goodness. If these survive waiting until they cool, how do we store them? And how long do you think they'll be good?
I canβt wait to make these waiting on order for rest of flour ingredients

Some of that nacho cheese powder would be great in that dough for a βcheese-itβ style cracker.
So I donβt have everything to make the perfected flour, but I do have the βall purposeβ. Will that work?
I bet if we par bake them and then separate them and bake again, we could eliminate the soft spots.
They look like the real deal.
I bet they'd be good with tuna salad π
