    Sorry if the video isn't the most polished one. I was so busy getting ready for a farmers market today (July 16).     So interesting about the flavored Isopure resulting in a lighter cake! I will have to try that. Also, thanks for the demo on stabilizing the whipped cream with gelatin. I've done it once with a frosting I was taking to an outdoor event, but watching you and hearing your narration is super helpful. Enjoy your coffee! 🙂
