Sorry if the video isn't the most polished one. I was so busy getting ready for a farmers market today (July 16). Managed to finish the blog and video description but couldn't finish managing cards and ads. Will finish later hopefully. But the recipe is delicious and hope you enjoy a nice summer treat!😊
That looks awesome. Going to try it for my Dad's 90th Birthday to make it like the fruit and cream cake from our local Italian Bakery. Thank you again for another great recipe 😋.
Wonderful as always and always such vast knowledge. In general what stops coconut baked goods from having a grainy texture? Does xanthan or psyllium help?
This looks great! I am confused with the amount of water though. Is it 12 oz (which is 1 1/2 cups) or 3/4 cups? Thanks for all your time in sharing these recipes!
So interesting about the flavored Isopure resulting in a lighter cake! I will have to try that. Also, thanks for the demo on stabilizing the whipped cream with gelatin. I've done it once with a frosting I was taking to an outdoor event, but watching you and hearing your narration is super helpful. Enjoy your coffee! 🙂
Gal….jeeze louize please quit with all the yada yada yada. Just try just doing straight without all the chatter. It's like listening to ur mom. Tuned out really.
I like your videos but they are long. Your background is dark and gloomy. Kind of depressing. Make it cheerful and beautiful color background and bright please.
Chef Alycia, thank you! I don't know how you do everything you do and still find time to share with us. While I was watching I was thinking "I wonder if I could half the recipe, I'll have to ask," but you read my mind 😉🤗
A big thank you from South Africa! Love all your posts. (You looked stunning in your wedding video 😊) I've been watching you on YouTube for awhile now and just thought I would let you know how much I admire what you do. Can't wait to try this recipe…

Surely, if vinegar or lemon juice dissoved/dispersed oils, you'd never have to remix vinaigrette?
Wow and I am eating strawberries right now thinking I need this cake in my life!
This looks sooo good!!
