    I've never really been a big enough fan of fast food that normally when I get it it's a cheat meal… Not a normal keto stop… Unless I'm in a place where I can get In n Out… I'm ok as it saves me money and helps keep me on track! Pre keto we would have Taco bell multiple times a week, KFC, I'd drop into dairy Queen and get blizzards and dily bars for the family… Now I'll go get family packs of steaks to cook…

Give me a good smash burger and a Danielle day. This is great info. Thanks!! Vacay coming up in July so this is helpful. I tend to go off the rails when in a trip and I get even worse when I get home. It can take me months to get back on track. BTW, your hair looks fab. Enjoy the long weekend ❤️❤️

    Girl.. that GIORDANO's Stuffed Deep Dish is soooo good!!! Last time I was in Chitown, I wasn't keto yet…and we all went there after our work meeting, I took half the pizza back to the hotel room, it was too good to waste. LOL Also, on the wings… Hooters is def better, but they fry them in Soy/Veggie oil….Buff Wild Wings deep fries the wings in Beef Tallow, so its where the clean keto people go. I get the wings naked and bring my own hot sauce that I know won't kick me out of KETO….but I honestly barely eat out anymore. I really try to eat higher quality, cleaner diet and rather spend that money on that stuff than go out to eat all the time!! Started Keto March 1st, was at 390lbs…. As of May 24th I am at 336lbs….54lbs down! My goal is 300 by Labor Day… which will be 90lbs in 6 months of Keto. Keeping my fingers crossed and staying motivated.

    I dont eat out I quit fast food 8 years ago. We have papa murphy,Wendy's and jimmy John's. The unwhich is expensive but delicious. We do have a buffalo wild wings but I no longer do condiments only spices. Thanks for the choices and ideas!

    From my local Asian take-out, I always order the steamed Chicken & Veggies, NO sauce. If I’m super hungry, I’ll make my own sauce and cauliflower rice. Easy peasy and so good

    I always see a lot of youtubers get the teriyaki chicken from panda with the sance on the side and their power greens. I wonder if there are any hidden sugars in the meat without the sauce?

    At Chik Fil A you can get grilled chicken bites. Tastey! Also Popeyes has " Blackened chicken strips. They're good. They also offer green beans with a meal. Just saying 😉
