I made this yesterday for my daughter's 50 birthday. We are doing low carb and really didn't want a cake. This was perfect in that it was not too sweet and the chocolate accent was divine. It was so pretty with one candle on it!.

Cheesecake is my favourite dessert. Hadn’t even considered being able to still have it on keto. How does the base bear up against the traditional biscuit base ? Nice job 🙂
