I made this recipe for my Sunday school class. It turned out perfectly and everyone loved it. Will be making again. I used heavy whipping cream and water for the gravy. Also made the gravy and biscuits the day before, and kept them separately. In the morning I reheated the gravy and added more water until it reached the desired consistency, adjusted the salt and pepper. Continued recipe directions for baking. So simple and easy . Happy that it can be made in advance.

If you are doing keto you still care about your health dont you?
Sausage, gravy and biscuits? It's terrible for you and going to be a recipe for health problems. So OK the carbs are low but the food is terrible. Is that a good tradeoff? Your brain may prefer fats but they need to be healthy fats, don't trade your health for a trend.

I made just the biscuit portion of this recipe and they were AMAZING!!!! My boyfriend had no idea they were keto and gluten free and raved about how good they were! The recipe made 9 small biscuits. I used a little extra frozen, shredded butter, and followed the rest of recipe exactly. The butter I used was salted. I put them in the oven for 17 minutes, on 375 degrees on a non stick baking sheet. WOW!! I didn't have the breakfast sausage to make the rest so I served these with turkey chilli and shredded cheddar. So good!

I'm British, so I'm not sure what you mean by half and half. Over here it can mean half chips (fries) and half rice from the Chinese, and the food isn't even real Chinese food, it's cooked by Chinese but not food that anyone from China would know.

I made this. It's really good! Next time I'm going to skip the salt because the sausage was already very salty and it was a bit too much. So be mindful of that if you make it. But def. Excellent
