My daughter just made it and it was a hit with everyone, from my 3 year old granddaughter and her 10 year old brother all the way to they’re 56 year old grandad. Some almond flour cheddar biscuits really rounded out the meal. Thanks for making an old mans diet not so bland and repetitive.

For the sauce . then brown mince meat or beef ..drain then add to crockpot with sauce .4/5 hours on low setting .

Do you have any alternatives to the 365 brand? I can't find any other kind with the combination of cilantro and jalapeno, and my nearest whole foods is quite a bit aways. Thanks!

Looks great I'll have to try it next time I do chili. I love how everyone is complaining that the recipe has more than 1 carb for several servings, you're not eating the whole onion and all the tomatos etc in 1 meal. You can have like 20-40 carbs a day depending on your body just don't eat the whole damn thing at once or if you do don't go for more carbs later.

This chili is good…4.5/5 for me. My roommate said it was more like taco guts than chili, and I have to agree. I'm looking for how to change this aspect without too much change in the recipe. Any ideas? I suspect it was the curry or cumin, maybe? The only thing I disregarded while making this just as shown, was using 10oz fresh diced tomatoes rather than canned (carbs!). I already plan on stepping to one grade more lean on the meat than what I used…

Too many carbs, I just use bell peppers, mozzarella cheese and low carb tomato sauce. Curry powder, basil and chili. Still tastes good and less than half the carbs than this

I love this recipe but how many carbs were in that can of tomato/jalapeno? The ones I saw had about 27g…Too high for my keto diet. Tomatoes knock me out of ketosis…Wish I could eat it, it looks great.
