Could you use chicken broth instead of bullion
Any ideas out there to use less chicken boullion to cut down on the salt? Maybe extra sharp cheddar and another seasoning? Thanks

Add a little more broccoli, and a bit less water, and you can purée the broccoli, to make the soup thicker without having to add xantham!
this was what i was looking for and not a lot of talking ! in 2 minutes u showed me how to make a simple soup that others took much longer because they love to hear themselves talk
