Anita I love that your "purse bacon" has become part of the Keto vernacular. I heard Two Krazy Ketos Joe talking about purse bacon. They look great. I am sure my hubby wont like anything that is not bread exactly but oh well.

Dear Anita, I do hope you know that whey is a residue of making cheese!?
Then it's liquid but I guess they dry it to powder somehow. I hope it fits in your diet!
Thanks for the other option for bread and buns! Love your work! Greetings Sheila from the Netherlands 👋🏻

For a pure carnivore option, you might want to try something I saw in another video (I forget whose). They replaced the egg white powder with crumbled hardboiled eggs, and it seemed to work fine. 🙂

(I've never made eggwhite bread myself, as I've never been able to get the egg whites to whip up –they always remain liquid when I try. But I definitely want to, especially using an afordable substitute for the powder.)

Thank you very useful video…I found that using a smaller proportion of egg white powder produces a very different result with a very soft featherlike texture which works really well for cream cakes :-p filled with fruit and whipped cream

Anita, do we absolutely positively NEED to use "whey protein powder?" Could we use Bovine protein powder instead?
I ask this because I am SO lactose intolerant that I CANNOT consume whey protein isolate AT ALL!!! I am not able to eat or drink Keto Chow shakes as they contain whey protein isolate! I developed an intestinal blockage from it which took well over 3 weeks to clear, I am THAT lactose intolerant! That is something I NEVER want to go through EVER again!!!
So that is why I am asking. Thank you SO much!!!

I just love watching your show! It’s informative and sensitive to all issues. I can’t wait to try this. Is there any hints with using the mesh bun molds?
