I love it his video! Joe, I love when you get down to the nitty gritty and explain keto things in detail. I love the car battery analogy. (I miss my old Valiant. 3 on the tree) šŸš— And Rachel, I remember thinking it was NORMAL after dinner, to feel bloated and tired and painful. To think it was normal to ā€¢poopā€¢ 3 times a day!!! Ugh! Keep doing you because we need more Joes & Rachels in the world. Youā€™re my kind of crazy. Lol!! šŸ¤ŖšŸ¤©šŸ˜ŽšŸ„ø

Hello everyone, For me I've found out from going on BBB&E that most to my Carb cravings have gone away. When I eat till I'm full or comfortably stuffed it really works. I may cruise the kitchen out of habit. Then I ask myself are you really hungry enough to eat bacon or scrambled eggs or meat cookies with butter icing? My answer is usually no not really. Okay then go read the new book you got or call a support friend or take a walk (even if it's in your house or apartment). The craving do go away with a little bit of redirection.

We were moving Markā€™s mom from one assisted living facility to another yesterday, so again I couldnā€™t watch this live. Continue to be better during stressful times because of keto. Instead of running through McDonalds drive thru, we took the time to sit down for lunch. I enjoyed a 12 oz angus burger, no bun, with a salad that got me through the rest of the day! Keto and this 2kk family rocks!

I am the one that eats the whole bag of Lily's chocolate chips and all I get out of it is gastric distress. I stopped buying them. I switched to 95% dark chocolate bars, one square a day.

Keto chow can seem expensive up front especially if you purchase several bulk bags at a time (I like variety). It is less expensive than a fast food meal even with the recent increase in the cost of butter. Single serve packets are more expensive per meal, but two of my favorite flavors only come in single packets (Key Lime & Orange Cream). Single packets are also good to sample a flavor or if you only need a serving for a recipe.

Melissa Graves, I do keto while breastfeeding. I eat intuitively (I eat when hungry). I eat more often but keep my carbs low. Drink a lot more than normal… you need that liquid and it will help you keep your milk supply up. And don't forget to continue your prenatal vitamins. I hope this helps

When I said I was eating low carb, people would say that's hard do you cheat? When I said I was eating keto, people would say, people die on that diet. When I said I was eating carnivore, people say I will have a heart attack. When I was eating them SAD and it wasn't working, people said I needed to get more disciplined and eat less while moving more. Now that I have lost 75 lbs. and no longer on medication but still need to lose 25 lbs., people try to get me to eat SAD again. They say just one bite won't hurt you. YES it will! I was carb/sugar addicted. Would you tell an alcoholic one sip won't hurt you? Do people just don't get it or are they trying to sabotage my success? Thank you for sharing your journey while supporting my journey!!! Bless you Joe and Rachel! ā™„ļø

TMI coming šŸ˜‚. I use to have to take 1000 mg Tylenol and 800 mg of Advil every four hours to get rid of period cramps and even then I was sometimes in pain. One favorite NSV is now I take nothing because no pain. I wouldnā€™t trade that for anything.

I love your shirt. I designed one on there but couldnā€™t afford to print it lol. So cute. I get so scared to not count any sweeteners- even allulose. I guess counting total carbs it just scared me not counting any carbs. My dr took me to only one if my metformin because my a1c was down to 4.7 since losing 125 lbs but since cutting me down a1c last week was 5.1 and my finger sticks are going back above 100 again 139 tonight and i havenā€™t changed anything since 2019. I dont know what is going on. I know its not terrible high like before but im not sure why its going back up.

Exactly what you guys are talking about. I have been in a good 3 to 4 month stall. For awhile it was up a pound, down a pound. Last I checked, I was up 3 pounds. I know for sure, Lillys Salted Carmel chocolate chips is my down fall. Would like to do BBBE, but afraid to eliminate stuff. Felt like that in beginning too. Oh dear!

@Jenn Scott – I love your ā€œfell off the wagon & rolled down the hillā€ comment! That describes what has happened to me (and lots of us) before. And your reason for getting back on the wagon & staying there – feeling so much better – is the best reason there is! No matter what the scale says, I can hear my body telling me ā€œthank you!ā€ for sticking to keto! You can do this! We all can do this together! ā¤ļø
